Mr. Lobo is a U.S. attorney managing the Toronto Office of Ruchelman P.L.L.C. His practice concentrates primarily on cross-border investments and corporate reorganizations.
Mr. Lobo has significantly contributed to the growth and success of many cross-border corporations, having played a crucial role in advising his corporate clients regarding their inbound investment in the United States as well as cross-border investments from U.S. companies operating abroad. He also guides clients through corporate reorganizations and the application of U.S. estate and gift tax regime to U.S. citizens, U.S. residents, and persons owning U.S. real property.
